Georgia Tech Portman Prize Studios

The Portman Prize Studio in Georgia Tech’s M.Arch program seeks to foster student design creativity, accomplishment, and excellence through the integration of technical considerations. Alan was appointed the Portman Prize critic for 2019 and 2020, leading studios that explored bio-based material innovation and circular economic building and material reuse.
